IconBar gives you multiple instances of icon bars as many as you want. 
So you don't have to own a lots of folders blocking your screen.

     IconBar is a program consists of a file launcher/viewer and a 
NeXT's dock-like application bar. It solves the problem of complicated
setup procedures and provides the easiest way to carry your favorite 
icons to IconBar. You can add a new icon to IconBar by 'grasping' 
an icon on desktop rather than searching the filenames of all your files. 
Moreover, you can launch a file and add it to IconBar on the fly. 
Simply launch a file with the option of 'Launch & Dock'. These new 
features of IconBar let you get rid of the reluctant setup procedures
under other Icon-launcher sharewares.
 
     IconBar is also a Windows program manager replacement. It is so safe
and facile so that You can replace the old Windows program manager with the
new IconBar manager without any hassle. A speedy "Exit Windows" function 
is available, too.
