This file explains your rights to distribute KiwiSoft Software.

You may distribute this software as long as you follow the following   
conditions: 
 
        You may not modify any files or remove any copyright and 				
	intellectual property notices. 
        You must identify Window Manager as Shareware. 
        You must immediately stop distributing KiwiSoft software if  
                  asked to in writing by KiwiSoft. 
        There must be no surcharge made for KiwiSoft software.  Disk 
                  vendors may only charge the same for the KiwiSoft  
                  software as for other products they carry.   
        BBS operators may not make a surcharge for downloading KiwiSoft  
                  software, other than normal on-line time and connect  
                  charges.

Distribution

KiwiSoft attempts to supply it's software to ASP registered disk vendors.  Catalog Vendors should send a 
copy of their catalog that the KiwiSoft Window Manager appears in and the disk that is being distributed 
on. KiwiSoft will place them ( the Catalog Vendor) on it's disk mailing list for future updates and 
products.   BBS operators that wish to receive the latest version of KiwiSoft products should send a disk to 
KiwiSoft that can be updated and returned.
