agreement regarding the distribution of the Shareware version 
of HI / LO - The Game:

   distributing the software and/or documentation with other 
   products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written

              Suggested Brief Program Description

HI / LO - The Game 1.7 is a Windows game in which you guess a 
between 10,000 and 65,000 in the least number of trys. 
Supports 1 player, user-customizable Windows 3.1 sound effects via 
.WAV files if a sound board is installed. Created using Visual
Basic 3.0 for Windows. Runs in Windows Standard or Enhanced modes.
REQUIRES VBRUN300.DLL TO RUN, available for free.

Requirements:  CPU: '286 (16-MHz or faster), '386, or '486
               Windows 3.1 in Standard or Enhanced mode, or
               Windows 3.0 w/MM Extensions in Standard or 
                  Enhanced modes.
               Visual Basic 3.0 Runtime File:  VBRUN300.DLL
