DOCUPOWER PRO 3.0: 
Many Changes, New Features. 

1. Longer document descriptions: up to 255 characters! 
   How do we do it? We've added a horizontal scroll bar 
   to the description list in the folder dialog. So feel 
   free to express yourself. 

2. A new button has been added to the main folders screen: 
   the Global Options button. This provides control over 
   two new/enhanced features: the Custom File Open dialog
   box, and the Folder Default Display. Each feature can 
   be selectively enabled or disabled.

3. Custom File Open dialog box. Displays DocuPower Pro 
   folder list as well as the standard  directory-drive-file 
   lists: all on one window. Now you can do either a regular 
   File|Open or a DocuPower Pro open every time, with no extra 
   steps. When disabled, the standard WinWord File|Open dialog 
   box is displayed.

4. Folder Default Display. Can be selectively enabled and 
   disabled. When enabled, Folder Default Display returns 
   you to the last folder you were working on by default 
   every time you run DocuPower Pro. That is to say, that 
   FOLDER NAME will be highlighted automatically on the 
   folder list. 

5. New "Add File Description" screen. Instead of entering 
   your document descriptions into a simple edit field, 
   now you have a combo box. So you can see all the 
   other document descriptions in that folder while you 
   are adding your new document. This is very handy for 
   version control and uniform document descriptions. For 
   example, it's now easy to simply append a "-2" to the 
   end of an existing description to make a new description 
   for the second draft of a document. 

6. "Add File" improvements. The "Add File" dialog box now 
   has an improved keyboard and mouse interface for 
   selecting files. For example, you can now add a file 
   simply by DOUBLE-CLICKING on the file name. You can 
   also change directories using only the keyboard. And 
   the current directory path (over the directories list 
   box) now appears in the color BLUE, for enhanced 
   readability.

7. "Copy" button. There is now a simple way to copy document 
   descriptions from one folder into another. Just click 
   the "Copy" button (located in the folder screen underneath 
   the "Move" button). Remember, one of DocuPower Pro's most 
   powerful features is the ability to keep the same 
   document in as many folders as you want, simultaneously. 
   Put the same material in different folders to organize 
   it in different ways. Remember, it only appears on the 
   disk once, so there is no space problem or version 
   control hassle. 

8. "Reports" button. The "Status" button has been replaced 
   by a new button: "Reports". You can now generate extremely 
   comprehensive status reports for each individual folder, 
   as well as *global* reports for all documents in all 
   folders. Just click the "Report" button inside any 
   folder screen.

9. Improvements to the "Choose Directory" and "Copy File" 
   dialog boxes (in the "File Management" utility). These 
   screens now have color labels to indicate the current 
   directory, improved mouse and keyboard handling, etc.

10. New ordering information in the "About" screen: order 
    on-line via our customer support BBS. 

11. Better integration with international (non-English) 
    versions of WinWord.

12. Smaller archive file size (cut down by half). Faster 
    downloading and uploading means lower on-line connect
    time charges.

13. The "Salutation Set Up" in the TSS Address Book now 
    defaults to Dear Honorific + Last Name (this is only 
    relevant to new TSS Address Book users).

14. More descriptive button face text in the 3 button 
    "Add To DocuPower Pro Folder" dialog box.

15. Keyboard alert: changes in button text and the addition 
    of a button have necessitated some changes to accelerator 
    keys. Below is a complete list of new accelerator keys for
    the folder window.
