BillTi.ZIP should be unziped in its own directory. The directory can be 
named anything, however the default is usually  C:\billtime

BillTime can be installed on any drive -- local or network drives.

The first BillTime is run, it should be run while in the directory where
the BillTi.zip file was unziped. Start BillTime  by typeing
       BILLTIME

When BillTime runs, it will automatically create all of its data and index
files in the directory where you are running BillTime.

You can run BillTime from a different directory than where the data files are
located by creating a configuration file called  BillTime.cfg  in your
current, working directory. See BillTime.man for more information about
the configuration file.
