Exchange.zip is a package of files.  It must contain ALL of the files listed
below.  If it does NOT contain one or more of these files then you have an
incomplete copy.

           -  CTL3D    DL_        3-D effects library
           -  EXCHANGE EX_        the program
           -  ORDERFRM WR_        order form
           -  README   TXT        this file
           -  SETUP    EXE        installation program
           -  THREED   VB_        3-D effects library file
           -  VER      DL_        necessary windows system file

HOW TO INSTALL EXCHANGE ON YOUR COMPUTER:

                1) start up Windows

                2) start up File Manager

                3) From within File Manager, run SETUP.EXE that
                   came with this set of files.  You can do this
                   by highlighting, then double clicking, on SETUP.EXE.
                   The other files that came in this ZIP file must
                   found in the same directory as SETUP.EXE for the
                   installation to succeed.


        That's it!  The rest is done for you automatically.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

        -  IBM PC 80286 or compatible
        -  Windows 3.1
        -  You must have a file called VBRUN300.DLL to run this program.
           It must also be in your PATH or, better yet, in your 
           windows\system directory.  You can get this file from
           CompuServe, the Internet, and almost any BBS around the globe.


HIGHLY RECOMMENDED:

        -  A mouse
