NutriSoft LOWER YOUR CHOLESTEROL for Windows - version 3.2


     INSTALLATION 

     Insert the NutriSoft Lower Your Cholesterol diskette into drive A: or B:.
     From the Windows File Manager, run the 'setup.exe' program on the 
     diskette. 
     Setup will copy all needed files to a directory on your hard drive 
     and create a Program Manager's group for this application.

     Please take some time to browse through the online help file, you will
     save a lot of time and discover many interesting utilities.
     To obtain a hard copy of any topics in the help file, please select the
     'Print topic' command from the 'File' pull-down menu while running the
     help file.


     RUNNING THE PROGRAM

     Double click on the NutriSoft Lower Your Cholesterol icon in the 
     NutriSoft Applications Group.
