To install QBase for Windows v1.0 just copy all of these files to a
directory (preferably on your hard drive) and add QB4WIN.EXE to a 
group in your Windows desktop.  Then MOVE all of the DLLs to the
\WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory replacing older copies (if any) of these files.
Consult your Windows manual for this procedure.

Some notes:

        1) This software requires Windows 3.1 and a 386 or "higher"
           processor.  I dunno what would happen if you used Windows
           3.0 but I'm assuming it won't work since my compiler here
           said so...

        2) That's all that's needed!  (assuming of course that you
           have the required hardware to run Windows!)
