   bulletin board  the Sysop  would not have the time to possibly check on
   each file for operation and application.

@03@   The policies  here are simple.  DO  NOT  upload  commercial software  or
   anything you wouldn't want your kids to use or see.  The 3 SHEETS to the
   WIND BBS is strictly [G] Rated.  !!! NO ADULT FILES !!!   Any  user  who
   violates  this will be  immediately locked  out of the system.  No, your
   Sysop is not a prude, but he does have a teenagers who are interested in
   communications, and he does  know what  he does not  want them  or their
   friends to get their hands on!
   All files uploaded to the system  are automatically scanned  for viruses
   and a failure results in deletion of the file and loss of upload credit.
   When you upload a file, provide an accurate  description of the program.
   This will allow your poor Sysop more sleep since he won't have to  down-
   load and open  the compressed file  just to see  what it does.  A happy,
   well-rested Sysop is a generous Sysop.

@03@   1.  Not over-stay thy welcome.  Connect time limits are dependent upon
   security levels.

   2.  Not use offensive or vulgar language.

   3.  Not use this BBS to engage in, or encourage acts of commercial soft-
   ware piracy.

   4.  Not use this system for business advertising without prior arrange-
   ments with the Sysop.

   5.  Not login using ficticious or silly names else thy sysop shall pro-
   vide thy big lockout.






   6.  Not send trivial messages to get download credit.

   7.  As a new user, make every effort to find out how the sytem works
   through its built in HELP functions before bothering thy beloved Sysop.

   8.  Contribute software as well as take it.
