The Upgrade is Simple.
  First!   DO NOT OVERWRITE your CATNEWS.CFG file!!!!

  Here are the files you need.
  Copy the CATNEWS.EXE and CATNEWS.HLP file into your WC Home Directory.
  Next, Copy the latest Documentation over to keep it Current.
  Do NOT Copy the CFG file over as it did not change.

  Please read the WHATSNEW.TXT file to see what I added.

  As Always.... This is a FREE UPGRADE to registered Users!
