wcCALL ver 1.10 was written in wcCode so it is only usable on 
Wildcat! 4.0+ bbs systems.  


FEATURES:

1.  It's FREE! If you use it, please leave a comment to me on my bbs
    and let me know that someone is actually using it.  

2.  wcCALL will only call numbers within your area code, but WILL NOT
    call 976-???? numbers.

3.  Passwords may be anywhere between 4 and 15 characters long.  wcCALL
    will ask for a password from the caller.  This means that the only 
    thing that wcCALL has to access within the user record is the security
    level of the caller.

4.  Feel free to modify the accompanying source code to meet your own needs.
    This version will only upgrade from security level "NEWUSER" to 
    "FULLUSER".

5.  As a wcCode application, it runs MUCH faster than a door does!

6.  A stamp will be added to the activity log that states that the callers
    security level has been changed.

WCCALL WILL WRITE THE CALLBACK PHONE NUMBER IN COMMENT 5 OF THE USER FILE!
IT WILL OVERWRITE ANYTHING THAT MAY BE IN THAT BLOCK!  IF THIS IS A PROBLEM
EITHER EDIT THE CODE OR CONTACT THE AUTHOR FOR A VERSION TO SUITE YOUR NEEDS!



INSTALLATION:

Simply copy the wcCALL.wcx file to your Wildcat! home directory and 
add to your menu system with Makemenu.  Make sure that in Makewild
your newuser security level has been set to allow wcCode applications.

WHAT'S NEW:

This version actually works!  There was a problem in ver. 1.0 that put the
connect string into the password line...So much for local testing of a
callback verifier!  Also new, putting the callback phone number into the
comment 5 block in the sysops user editor.  And this one will actually
upgrade the user.  Due to a problem with wcCode, there were difficulties
in getting a user upgraded.  This has been fixed.
