       * Fixed a problem where [A]ctivate BBS List Program would error out
         if the WCLIST.WCX did not exist
       * Fixed a problem where [T]ime Bank selection would error out if
         the TIMEBANK.BAT or TIMEBANK.WCX did not exist
       * Fixed a BIG problem, I forgot to check for access to menu Command
         functions as set in MakeWild security profile (F5) Menu. Its fixed
         now.  <grin>        
       * Added a ** REGISTERED ** Only function to allow Users to set WCPCB
         as their default menu on Login. Included a CHECKPCB.WCX to allow for
         this. (Read the Docs)
        
       $ Will be working on getting the Conference listing into a double
         column mode when using the [J]oin conference option.
       $ I have an option to allow access to the Wildcat! SysOp menu in
         process but am having problems with it at this time, maybe the next
