The ASP program will allow you to browse or print the information on the
Association of Shareware Professionals Author, Vendor, BBS and Press
members.  When User Group information is available, it will handle those
members.

The latest version of the program, help and printer files is located on
Compuserve ASPFORUM Lib 4 as ASPROG.ZIP.

The latest version of the data files is uploaded to the ASPFORUM on
CompuServe in Lib 4 as ASPDAT.ZIP on the 28th of each month.  Allow until
at least the 30th of the month for the file to be available for download.
In February, the files should be available by the 28th.

It is suggested that these programs be placed in the ASP sub-directory on
your hard drive.  Each time you run the ASP program, the data files are
checked for reindexeing in case you just placed the new versions of the
data files in the ASP sub-directory.

You can browse the records and print individual labels (1 across stock
ONLY).  You can set filters to just New or Changed (usually address)
records since the last monthly upload.  You can also filter on a range of
dates so you can determine who joined after a particular date.

Or you can print all of the labels, again with the above optional filters.
Only 1 across printing is available.

You can also "print" to Comma Delimited, SDF or a Text file formatted as 1
across labels.

The information in these files depend on the ASP members keeping the ASP's
Executive Director up to date on address and other information changes.
