Usurper 0.071  *minor update*

This archive only contain : USURPER.EXE and USURPER.OVR files.
To update your current version of Usurper (0.07 required) you
must copy these files over the old ones.
 
In the 0.07 version I forgot to include a switch to control
the modem buffer handling. With this update you can control
this setting with the command line switch : /NOBUFFERS
This is a recommended setting for 2400 BBS.
High speed systems should not require to use this switch.
However, if you are having problems with Usurper, this can be
the solution to some connection problems.

Nothing else has been changed in this version.
Next regular release, with a lot of new stuff, will be 0.08.
