If you are upgrading from a previous version of Synchronet Notifier, before
version 1.3c, you need to do the following:


1) Copy the new NOTIFIER.EXE over the old.  
2) Copy the new NOTIFIER.CFG over the old.
3) Copy the new MESSAGE.DAT over the old.
    
That should do it...

If you are upgrading from verion 1.0, please just completely re-install.
