                          reads and sums your DOWNLOAD.TXT file to a great
                          bulletin.  Gives an accurate account of your BBSs
                          file traffic.  Easy to set-up and run!
     LINK         3178    FREEWARE (PPE).  ZyXEL U-1496 link checker.  Makes
                          a text file of the link status report for future
                          reference.
     SPEAK        3799    FREEWARE (PPE).  Node Broadcaster.
     HEYNEW       4359    FREEWARE (PPE).  Send a welcome message with
                          additional information to each newuser.  A reminder
                          is sent to the sysop to inform him of the user.
     THEWORD      5484    FREEWARE (PPE).  Creates one or two bulletins.
                          This flexible utility is a callers log and a quote
                          bulletin.  Has configurable colors and can be set
                          to output two bulletins with callers info on one
                          and quotes on the other -or- put both on one blt.
                          Ignores users on a TCAN list.
