As we state in YOUR MAGAZINE presentation, this is truly a unique
marketing tool for your BBS.  Not only does it enable you to
establish your system as the BBS AND COMPUTER INFORMATION leader
in your city, it provides a vehicle that enables you have YOUR
BBS promoted on virtually every other BBS in town. These two
factors alone equate to increased memberships and income.

But a third factor is even more attractive.  You can sell other
BBS'es and local retail merchants ads inside your magazine.  And
all the income you generate from the magazine is yours.  The amount
generated is limited only by the amount of effort you put into the
sales approach.

              Software For Kids  - Same as above, except these are
                                   new programs geared to kids and/or
                                   education.

          Computer-Related Books - Not book reviews.  Simply a listing
                                   of newly released books and what
                                   they contain, etc.

          Dialing Across The USA - YOUR Magazine points users toward
                                   new or interesting out-of-town systems.

          Echo's TOP10 Downloads - We can provide you with the list or
                                   you can compile/make up your own list
                                   and include with the information you
                                   send us each month for YOUR MAGAZINE.

                SPECIAL FEATURE  - Each month, this section will cover a
                                   special online feature.  The sample
                                   included is COLLEGE VIA MODEM.


And, finally, and MOST IMPORTANT - YOUR CITY BBS NEWS.  The one thing you
                                   will have to provide us.  If you're too
                                   busy to collect this info, or can't get
                                   someone to do it, its absence will not
                                   deter from the attractiveness of the
                                   magazine.  BUT BELIEVE ME, this is a
                                   real audience puller.  It's worth the
                                   time to collect information about the
                                   other BBS'es for inclusion in your mag.
                                   Not only is a good PR move(keeps them
                                   happy and willing to post YOUR MAG on
                                   their BBS, it is a real audience puller.
                                   BBS Callers will go to YOUR MAG just for
                                   the latest BBS news.  And don't be
                                   concerned about "promoting other BBS'es
                                   in your publication."  You get the MAJOR
                                   exposure and coverage and credibility
                                   each issue.



As we state, again and again, the MAGAZINE is yours EXCLUSIVELY in your
city.

We produce it for you and our only restriction or stipulation is that
we retain the right to run three (3) ads for our own clients.  These 3
ads will vary from month to month from HEADERS, FOOTERS, full screen ads,
or 1/4 page.  Some months we may not have any--some months we may have all
three.  Any income generated for us by us with these three ads are our's
will not be shared with you.  Just as any income generated from the sale
of your ads belongs to you and will not be shared with us.
