Vendors who are members of the ASSOCIATION OF SHAREWARE
PROFESSIONALS in good standing, can distribute FILEIT
providing the fee for the evaluation disk does not exceed
A$13.00 which includes postage and handling.

Vendors may sell the registered version, by arrangement with
the distributor.  Vendors are not required to have registered
versions in stock.

Vendors who require future updates are requested to send a copy
of their catalogue to Innovative Thinking.  No updates will be
sent to Vendors who do not respond to this request.

Vendors are free to distribute FileIt providing that:

  1. The charge for the program must not exceed A$13.00, including
     postage and packing.

  2. Your distribution catalogue and advertisements must clearly
     show that FileIt is a Copyrighted program and is not free. It
     is distributed as Shareware for evaluation purposes.

  3. The distributor must supply all the files itemised in the
     PACKING LIST. The addition of a GO.BAT or other Vendor File
     is acceptable.

  4. The program is not to be rented or leased.

  5. Vendors may sell the registered version, by arrangement with
     the distributor.  Vendors are not required to have registered
     versions in stock.

  6. Vendors who require future updates are requested to send a copy
     of their catalogue to Innovative Thinking.  No updates will be
     sent to Vendors who do not respond to this request.
