We have several ways for you to contact us and place your order.
1.  Call in a phone order during business hours. (9-6 Cental, M-F)
2.  FAX this form 24 hrs a day.
3.  Upload this form to MESSAGE AREA 1 (comments to SYSOP) on our BBS.
    There is an option under the
    message menu that allows you to Upload a message.  For 
    security reasons, we must restrict ALL orders to MESSAGE AREA 1.
    Please address the message to ORDER DESK.  This area will be 
    checked at least twice a day.  The messages will be promptly 
    printed and removed from the BBS to assure security of your
    information.  Be sure to leave a phone number that you may be
    reached at during the day.  Due to credit card fraud, we MUST
    be able to reach you to confirm the order if needed.  This 
    applies to FAXed orders as well.
