Vendors who wish to distribute the CFGMGR30.ZIP package, including
an extract from the license agreement and suggested program 
descriptions and keywords.

                               Distribution

The complete license agreement is contained in the file

The following paragraph is an extract from the license agreement
regarding the distribution of the Shareware version of ConfgMgr:

    You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
    donations, for any such copies, however made; and from 
    distributing the software and/or documentation with other 
    products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written 
    permission, with one exception: 
--> Disk Vendors approved by the Association of Shareware 
--> Professionals are permitted to redistribute ConfgMgr, subject
--> to the conditions in this license, without specific written 
--> permission.

                         Suggested Description

Configuration Manager is a Windows based platform for managing 
multiple sets of Autoexec.Bat and Config.Sys configurations.
Adding, changing, or deleting these files is accomplished by 
clicking or drag and drop.  Up to ten pairs of configuration 
files may be assigned to a radio-style preset button for easy 
system reconfiguration.  Simply push a button, and the system
will reboot to the chosen configuration.  Novell DOS 7.0 and 
DOS 6.X users may export their configurations into a start-up
menu which will appear at system boot-up.

                           Other Information

Requirements:  Windows 3.1 / Windows for Workgroups. VBRUN300.DLL.

Registration:  $20 to receive a registration number which will 
               remove the shareware notices.  Registered users 
               will receive a disk containing the latest version.
