FIXES and ENHANCEMENTS
======================
Hands: The Show All Colors mode now does not revert back
       to Flash Colors mode.

Load Lessons: Now looks for proper ini file.

Flying Keys: Lessons now end correctly when Flying Keys is
             in disabled mode.

Printing: No longer use the default Windows routine. Rewrote
          printing function so dashed lines are printed even
          on lower resolution printers. Added automatic color
          capabilities for color printers.

Setup: Properly uses optional location of Windows directory.
       Rewrote help documentation to ensure user knows how to
       properly install Monologue for Windows and to use
       default Windows SVGA driver if problems with WinG.

Database: Added the database to the shareware versions so users
          could see the ease of use to maintaining their own word
          lists. Added database button. Shareware version does
          not however print or utilize words in database.

Animations: Did internal color work on a three of the animations.

Help: Updated help file to include more information about User's
      Word List and importing database files.
