I will thus be able to monitor unsocial scumbags who abuse my trust and the shareware-concept in general. Mail System Configuration Before you can use the mail system of TRP, some parameters need to be configured. With the MAIL Window open, select Configure from the File Menu, or click on the Wrench button on the toolbar. The Configuration Window will be displayed: SMTP Server: This is the full qualified domain name of your mail gateway EMail Domain: This is your host name , which is also the suffix of all you EMail Addresses. Default Box: This is the postbox that will be selected as default when you start TRP. You can select a default box from the list of postboxes that you have setup in the Post Office.Printer Click on Printer to configure the printing parameters. Printer Setup The Printer Setup is used to configure the way that printed mail and news messages appear on paper. TRP offers the facility to store often used EMail Addresses and associated names. This is useful when writing EMail since you do not have to keep track of EMail addresses yourself. To maintain the database of addresses, select Address Database from the File menu in the News Window, Database from the Addresses Menu in the Mail Window, or click on the Addresses Button in the toolbar: Note that the EMail address used as an alias should not be in use as a Postbox, Mailing List Name or Application Context.
