Doom II Codes:

God Mode- IDDQD

MAP- IDDT (While on the map screen, once will show entire leve, twice will 
          show all monsters, three times will put the map back to normal)

WALK THRU WALLS- IDCLIP

VERY HAPPY AMMO- IDKFA

AMMO WIHTOUT KEYS- IDFA

POWER UPS- IDBEHOLD (I,V,R,S,L OR A)

LEVEL SELECT- IDCLEV + LEVEL # (Has to be two digits, EX. 9 would be 09)

CHAINSAW- IDCHOPPERS

YOUR POSITION IN THE LEVE- IDMYPOS

  DOOM 2 WOLFENSTEIN LEVELS

There are 2 Wolfenstein Level Codes as of now.
 
There are 30 maps on DOOM 2. The only way to get to the Wolf map 
is to warp during the game.

While you are playing DOOM2, press IDCLEV31.  That will warp you
to the first wolfenstein level.

The second code is IDCLEV32.  That will warp you to the second 
level.-----------------------------------------------------------

*I've tried several other level codes like IDCLEV33 etc., but I
have not found any others yet.
