NEW & UPDATED SAMLE RATES  Several existing Residential, Business, &
                           International Rate Files have been revised &
                           updated... plus the addition of New Flat Rate 
                           Services including HOME BASED BUSINESS Services.


RATE TIME CODES  The Rate-Time-Periods for the Telecommunication Services
                 in the Sample Rate Reference Data Base have been Updated
                 and expanded.


EXPANDED NORTH AMERICA CITIES  The number of cities available in the
                               North American Reference Data Base has
                               been expanded from 1200 to over 3500, 
                               The geographical areas include the 
                               Continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii, the  
                               West Indies (i.e. A/C 809), Canada, 
                               and Mexico.


NEW AREA CODES  Several new area codes for North America have been added
                to the Reference Data Base as well.  They include:
                610 (Pennsylvania), 810 (Michigan), 905 (Canada), and
                910 (North Carolina).


UPDATED LATAs  The Local Access Transport Area Reference Data Base has been
               Updated.


INTERNATIONAL DATA BASE EXPANDED  The International Reference Data Base
                                  has Updated & Expanded.  The number of 
                                  International Countries and Territories,
                                  including several major cities for each,
                                  has been expanded from 130 to over 220.


USER MANUAL  The User Manual is now included on the Distribution Diskette
             as a text file.  The Manual is Free-of-Charge to Registered 
             Users.


HELP / INFO  Help and Info files have been updated for more effective 
             use of the FONE(tm) program.
