LICENCE AGREEMENT- TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Use of this software indicates your acceptance of the following terms 
    and conditions.  If you do not agree with them, do not use the software.

    You are hereby licensed to:  use the Shareware Version of this software 
    for a 30-day evaluation period; make as many copies of the Shareware 
    version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact 
    copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the 
    Shareware version of the software and documentation in its unmodified 
    form via electronic means.  

    NORTH AMERICAN WILD BIRDS (NAWB) is the copyrighted property of 
    Due North Software. You are granted a limited license to use NAWB, 
    to copy and distribute it, provided the following conditions are met:

    1.  No fee may be charged for such copying and distribution other than 
        actual costs incurred, except for a nominal distribution fee.

    2.  NAWB may ONLY be distributed in its original, unmodified state, 
        complete with data files and this documentation.

    3.  NAWB may not be distributed as part of a package or group of programs 
        without the permission of Due North Software.

    4.  The paid registered version may NOT be distributed.
                  
    If you paid a "public domain" vendor for this program, you paid
    for the service of copying and distributing the program, and not for 
    the program itself.  Rest assured that nothing ever gets to the 
    originators of this product from such a sale.  You  may evaluate this 
    product, but if you make use of it, you  should register your copy.
    
    Unregistered use of NAWB after the 30-day evaluation
    period is in violation of federal copyright laws.

    Governing Law

    This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.

    LIMITED WARRANTY

    Due North Software hereby disclaims all warranties relating to this
    product, whether express or implied, including without limitation
    any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a
    particular purpose. The author cannot and will not be liable for
    any special incidental, consequential, indirect or similar damages
    due to the loss of data or any other reason, even if the author has
    been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall
    the liability for any damages ever exceed the price paid for the
    licence to use this software, regardless of the form and/or extent
    of the claim. The user of this program bears all risk as to the
    quality and performance of the software.

    This warranty will be replaced by a limited 90 day warranty that
    covers the diskette and documentation upon registration
    of North American Wild Birds.
