               AT&T does not even offer this service.  MCI does,
          but at a significantly higher cost.  Suppose you wish
          to have tele-conferencing announcements or sales
          meetings at a predetermined time.  You disseminate to
          the participants the announcement as to the date and
          time of the conference call.  And don't forget, this
          can be live, or listen only, or any combination of the
          two, just as in the dial out service.  All of the
          callers will call in at the predetermined time, on an
          800 number to hear the conference.  Again, up to 3,500
          participants can be accepted.  The cost for this
          program is also 35 cents per minute, per participant. 
          No cancellation fee, no charge for unused lines.  The
          same recording service is available if desired.
