          commercial telecommunications software such as MICROPHONE
          II by Software Ventures Corporation, 2907 Claremont
          Avenue, #220, Berkeley, CA 94705. It is an excellent
          program with all the needed features. They also make a
          Windows version for IBM PC and compatibles. There are a
          number of shareware modem programs for the Macintosh. One
          of the most popular shareware Mac modem programs is
          called ZTERM. You can write for information on ZTERM:
