License Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before 
using this software.  If you do not agree to the terms in the following
license and disclaimer of warranty, you should erase all copies of the 
software that are currently in your possession.

The Shareware Version is the unregistered version of SourcePrinter,
including all accompanying files and documentation.

You are hereby licensed to use the Shareware Version of this software 
for a 30 day evaluation period.  You may make as many copies of the 
Shareware version of this software as you wish.  You may give exact copies
of the original Shareware version to anyone, and redistribute the complete 
and unmodified Shareware version via electronic means, including uploading
to electronic bulletin boards, as long as all accompanying files are 
included intact and unmodified.  In fact, you are encouraged to freely 
distribute the Shareware version of this software.

You are specifically prohibited from charging a fee, or requesting 
donations, for any such copies, however made, with the exception of a
small, reasonable fee to cover only the expense of duplication and 
distribution.

You are permitted to redistribute exact copies of the original Shareware 
Version and accompanying documentation, in its unmodified form, in packages
with other products, as long as all accompanying files are included intact
and unmodified.  I would prefer to be contacted in writing before any such
redistribution.  This will ensure that the most recent version is
distributed.

You are prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling
the software.

Any copying or redistribution of SourcePrinter that is not in accordance
with the policies stated in this license agreement is a violation of 
federal copyright law.  Any copying or redistribution of the software that
does not include all accompanying files intact and unmodified is a violation
of federal copyright law.

Unregistered use of SourcePrinter after the 30-day evaluation period is
in violation of federal copyright laws.

Evaluation and Registration

This is not free software.  This license allows you to use this
software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30
days.  If you wish to use this software after the 30-day evaluation 
period, a registration fee of $20 is required.  Payments must be in US
dollars drawn on a US bank, and should be sent to:

and prices.  Quantity discounts are available, please contact us for 
details.  When payment is received you will be sent a registered copy of 
the most recent version of SourcePrinter.

One registered copy of SourcePrinter may either be used by a single
person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
multiple people, but not both.

You may access the registered version of SourcePrinter through a network,
provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
software covering all workstations that will access the software
through the network.

COPYRIGHT
The software and documentation are owned by the author, F. Douglas Ansuini, 
and are protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty
provisions.  Therefore, you agree to treat the Software like any other 
copyrighted material, except that you may make and distribute exact copies
of the shareware version of the software as specifically provided in this 
license agreement.  

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THIS SOFTWARE AND ALL ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND
WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  THE 
AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION,
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR 
PURPOSE OR USE, OR AGAINST INFRINGEMENT.  THE USER MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE

JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island.
