To Install this VBX package:

   1.  Copy the .VBX file into your windows \SYSTEM direcory,
       or another directory on your path.

   2.  Use the "Add File" menu selection from Visual Basic's
       File menu to add the .VBX file to your project.

   3.  If you want this VBX in all your NEW projects, simply edit 
       the file AUTOLOAD.MAK to include this .VBX
