CDMP versions (oldest first)

1.1	First shareware version.

1.2	Display update frequency now configurable.

1.3	Number of CD's in database is now only limted by total physical/virtual 
	memory.  (Was limited to a 64K segment - about 100 CD's).

1.4	An order form is now provided internally from the program.
	3 Preferred play orders may be set up per CD.
	CD's may be deleted from the database.

1.5	Iconic buttons supported.
	Keyboard interface to buttons cleaned up.

1.6	Can now enter up to 90 tracks per CD.

1.7	Fix to greyed buttons not being visible under some colour schemes.
	Export facility added.

2.0	Supports three different types of control panels (windows).
	Disc search facility added.
	Reference numbers may be associated with each disc.
	No longer has problems differentiating between single track discs.
	Displays total play time when editing preferred play order.
	Allows random play of selected track list.
	Remembers the last position of the window.
	The colours of various parts of the window may be configured.
	Volume control added.

2.1	Reference field always cleared for new discs.
	'No disc' on Micro display removed when new disc inserted.
	Micro + Midi now have popup track list.
	Micro + Midi dragable using the Led displays.
	CD list now sortable on when last played & total time played.
