1. Preface:

	FileExpress V1.0 is an application which you can use instead
  of Windows own Filemanager. It do not have all the fancy options of
  Filemanager, but has all the functionality you need to do everyday-
  filework. It`s intuitive user-interface allows you to start using 
  FileExpress V1.0 right away! All functions you need, are never more
  than a button away.


2. Features:

  FileExpress V1.0 allows you to:

	- Copy files
	- Move files
	- Delete files
	- Run executables
	- Make directories
	- Change system-time and date
	
  FileExpress V1.0 displays updated information on:

	- Free disk-space
	- Free memory
	- System date and time


3. Future:

  Next version of FileExpress will allow you to:

	- Delete directories (with contents)
	- Associate files with your favourite applications
	- Define your own wildcard file specifications

	- What you want it to do! (see "Please help!")

4. Requirements:

	To run FileExpress you will need the following files:

	- ver.dll (included in zip-file)
	- setupkit.dll (included in zip-file)
	- vbrun300.dll (can be found at most major ftp-sites)

	and of course fileexpr.exe

5. Please help!:

	FileExpress V1.0 is written with Visual Basic Pro 3.0 for
  Windows. We have not done much Basic-programming before. If 
  you can tell, from use of the application, that we must have
  done something totaly wrong in our code (with regards to speed,
  window pop-up etc.), please let us know.

	If you find something to be cumbersome to use, do not hesitate
  to let us know!

	If you find any spelling- or grammatical-errors in 
 FileExpress V1.0 or in this document, please let us know, no matter
 how small the error is.

	Also, this is our first application uploaded. If we have not 
 done everything "by the book", please let us know about it.

6. Credits:

	This one will not be long, not because we have done it all
  bye ourselves, but simply because the list would be to long to 
  thank them all.

	We will constrain ourselves to say that we are very grateful
to all the people who find time to answer (sometimes silly) questions
on comp.lang.visual.basic, and the maintainers of the faq for this
newsgroup. Without those people, FileExpress V1.0 would never have 
been completed.


7. Distribution

	You may make as many copies of FileExpress V1.0 as you like,
  and you may distribute it to as many friends you like, and you may
  upload it to and site you like, as long as you:

	- have made no changes, what-so-ever in FileExpress V1.0
	  or any of the documentation that follow it,

	- distribute this document along with it.


8. Disclamer:

	FileExpress V1.0 has, after long periods of testing, proved
  to work without causing any errors of any kind. We will however
  state that:

	We (the authors) take no responsibility for damage made on
hardware or software, used in conjuction with FileExpress V1.0.
