Shareware version.
User is able to load previously loaded files quickly by accessing the File 
menu now.
Fixed a bug that prevented IDate from saving settings now when the INI file
never existed before.
Brushed up the internal codes of IDate.
IDate now complies with Windows' standard when saving its settings.  Holding
the Shift key down while trying to exit will cause IDate to save the settings 
without exiting.  The menu item Save Settings Now in the Setup menu is
removed.
Fixed a bug that left the window's caption showing "Loading ..." or "Saving
..." when an error occured during disk I/O.
IDate now generates comments in the INI file.  User can now customize the 
settings of IDate by editing the ID201.INI file.

Allowes a default extension of .idt to be appended to the filename
returned by the common dialog boxes.
