Hi!
    To Setup The PAD, simply choose "Run" from Program Manager's "File" menu,
and select a:\setup.exe as the command line, then click on the ok button.
The PAD will do the rest- installing an Igloo Software Group in windows,
as well as placing all needed files in a \pad directory on whatever drive 
Windows is on (probably C:\PAD).
    If this doesn't work, check to make sure VBRUN300.dll is installed in your 
windows or windows system directory. If not, copy it (should be included with 
The PAD, but might have been removed by a sysop, in which case it would be 
available seperately on the BBS)- to your windows directory using a command 
like "copy vbrun300.dll c:\windows", then run setup.exe again.
