Designed to be easy enough for the beginner and complete enough for the experienced. Enter a multitude of information about your Coins in an extremely easy and straight forward fashion including the following items: Country, Category, Condition, Face Value, Purchase Price, Market Value, Premium Value, Mint Mark, Description, Comments, Year Minted, Quantity and Date Acquired. Indicate special coin features such as Commemorative, Controller Coin, Key Coin, Semi Key Coin, Gold and Silver. Modify the Country, Condition and Category lists to your personal liking. Help included for identifying the country of origin for common inscriptions. Explanations are given for many coin topics including coin conditions, controller coins, commemoratives and more. Information is included on U.S. mint marks, U.S. controller coins and more. Advanced search facility gives you the ability to search on Country, Face Value, Comments, Year, Category, Mint Mark, Comment, Description, Special Features or Condition. Comes with numerous report layouts with the ability to create and edit your own. Reports can be sorted by Country, Topic, Condition, Year or Face Value. Reports can be applied to the entire database or to just those items found in a search. ALL TRACK IT! Programs (Windows) Each program contains a scrollable Viewer similar in appearance to a spreadsheet layout which lists the database elements. The viewer will grow and shrink with the size of the window. CONFIGURE the Viewer to your personal preference. Select only those database elements that you plan on using or that you want to see to appear in the viewer. Specify the order in which they appear and specify the space to allocate to each element. Advanced search options places items matching search criteria into the Viewer. Ascii delimited import/export operations are available with complete configurability on which items and in which order to import or export. Limit exports to only those items found in a search. Configure the colors for all elements of the windows for all windows or for specific windows. DESIGN your own reports! Add as many report layouts as you like. Select either a 90 column report for large legible reports or a 120 column report to pack as much information on the page as possible. Each database element can be spread out over a maximum of 12 lines. Place labels, blanks and database items where you want them to be. Allocate the desired space for the labels, blanks and database items. Optionally add up to 3 header lines to appear on each page. Optionally place totals which will appear after each report group and at the end of the report. Optionally place page numbers on each page. For one line reports (columns of data), optionally choose to have automatic column headers placed on the report. Choose from among any True Type font that is on your system. View reports on screen or send to printer or ascii file. Print one page or entire report.
