This is not free software. This license allows you to use this software 
for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 20 days.  If you 
use this  software after the 20 day evaluation period a registration fee 
is required.  When payment is received, you will receive your registration 
number and be entitled to receive the latest copy of WinMenu Single User 
Edition.

The price of WINMENU single user edition is just US$20.00 . You may print
and send this form.

 send an email message directly to the author ( see addresses below) to 
 supply your email address.
