Limited Software License Agreement:
The Software License Agreement Set up the Conditions and terms for use
and transfer of the Software.  With a payment of $25.00 you may use the
Software on one computer at a time only.  You may make one (1) Copy for
backup purposes only.  There is a thirty (30) day use period to see if you
wish to Register the Software and use it for a longer period.  You may
NOT use any portion of the Software in part or in whole for any purpose
other than originally used by the Author.  This printed Agreement is the
whole Agreement, and does not include anything other than what is in this
written Agreement.

Shareware distribution:
This Software (named 'Master Trek') Version 5.0, a multi level play 'Trek
Game, is distributed by means of 'Shareware Distribution' method.  Which
means that you can make copy(s) to give away, as long as all files from
the author are included and NO files are added to the compressed file. The
original copyright notice is included without modification.

Limit of Liability:
The Software and Documentation (Text) files are provided AS IS without
warranty or guarantee of any kind.  The user of the Software assumes all
responsibility for its use.  NO Warranty or is expressed or
implied, including but not limited to implied warranties for merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose.  In NO way will ROMCOR be liable
for any loss, be it profit or any other commercial damage.  Included, but
not limited to special, incidental, consequential or any other damages.

limited warranty:
ROMCOR Warrants that the original distribution diskette is free of defects
in material or workmanship if ROMCOR Distributed the diskette. If you
received the diskette from another source then ROMCOR disclaims this
warranty.  ROMCOR will replace the defective diskette when received post
paid at no additional charge.  The remedy for this breach of warranty is
limited to replacement only and shall not cover any other damages.

trademarks or registered trademarks of the respective owners.

rights reserved. No part of the software code may be used in any way
other than as used in the Master Trek game.

Requirements:
To run the game Master Trek a 386 or 486, VGA 640x480 display, 4 Meg RAM,
and Windows 3.0, 3.1 is required.  A Hard Drive is recommended, but the game
can be played from/on a 1.44  3 1/2 inch Floppy Diskette. A future sound
added version will require a Hard Drive and Sound Card compatible with
windows sound files for play.

REGISTRATION  FORM 

With payment of $25.00 the registering person is granted a limited use
Software License. ROMCOR retains ownership of the game software and the
Software License in NO way transfers ownership of the game software.
