Information on upgrading to newer version of DreamROM.

From any version to v1.4:

  1:  Rescan ALL CDIs (CDRom Identifiers) for CDs that DreamROM doesn't
       recognize.  (Read WHATS.NEW)
   2:   Delete ROM_USER.DAT.
    3:   In COMPILE, go to the Sysop Section and enter the workpath you
          wish to use!
