version 1.6     02/28/95        SFCMB now looks for the SFPATH= environment
                                variable, so that a copy of SFNODE.DAT is
                                no longer necessary in the directory SFCMB
                                is executed from. SFCMB will terminate,
                                however, if the SFPATH= variable is not
                                defined.

version 1.5     10/15/94        Have been doing some closed beta testing,
                                hence the skip from 1.0 to 1.5. Eliminated
                                a problem in 1.0 that could result in
                                possible file corruption if a certain
