v3.41  Made  a Better Sysop Message for Tabs Online Orders.
v3.40  Dragon Business Services, INC added DISCOVER card to their service.
       CatCharge! will now accept Discover when configured for Dragon.
       ADDED a LOCKOUT feature for Sysops who wish to lock some users
       out of the DOOR.  See the DOCS under Customization/Exclusions.
       CatCharge! uses the WILDCAT! User Record for this information.

v3.31  Fixed Check Account size and added some validation.
v3.30  Fixed a problem with Large Checking account numbers NOT
       validating.  Fixed length of Check No field.

v3.20  Added the Prompt for Bank Name for Non-Dragon Configurations.

v3.12  Added Time was limited to Security Profile Upgrade and not being
       added properly.... Fixed.

v3.11  New SHELL Feature.  CatCharge! can now be configured to Execute
v3.10  a DOS Shell to run a Batch File AFTER the user successfully
       purchases an item.  You can provide the name of the Batch file
       in the CatCharge! Sysop menu when editing/configuring an item
       for sale.    See 3RDPARTY.DOC and the CatChg.DOC included!
       3.11  Fixed a problem with Editing Price  on some items.

v3.0   New Features!  Added Wildcat Subscription Account Balance feature.
       CatCharge! will now put the amount purchased in the Sub Account
       balance of the User when they make a purchase. Also works with
       a TABS Purchase (10.00 or 25.00) would be put in the User's account
       balance.  Comment (5) lists the date the CatCharge processed the
       Order, now you will also have the amount listed in the record.
       (This was a suggestion by a Sysop. Thanks!)

       Also, Cleaned up the Logs a bit to keep em shorter.  A friend of
       mine wrote a SETUP program which will be included to make the
       CatChg.CFG file.  (See Thankyou! above) CCONFIG.EXE does it!
       This should make the Installation a lot easier!
       New PROMPTS for Credit Card Purchases and Checks Purchases.
       MORE SUPPORT FOR Sysops who have their OWN Merchant Status:
       When DRAGON is NOT Used, CatCharge can be configured to either
       take just Checks or Just Credit Cards, Neither, Just Tabs..etc.

v2.0   Big Changes!   Dragon Business Services NO Longer accepts Savings
       Account Transfers as of 2/28/95.  CatCharge! now only permits
       Credit Card and Check purchases when configured for Dragon's Codes.
       All DRAGON Business Services routines will now ONLY activate when
       you are provided a Code from Dragon. CatCharge!  Will NOT display
       any screen internally about Dragon Business Services, until you
       provide the necessary code in the .CFG file.  CatCharge! will  NOT
       create any Packet for Dragon without the Key Codes.  Contact Dragon
       Business Services, INC to get set up. (See Zip File).  When the Dragon
       Codes are entered in the .CFG file, CatCharge! will activate all
       required screens and Dragon routines that are required for Dragon
       Business Services, Inc.   SAVINGS Option is removed.

       CatCharge! will now support Credit Card Purchases for those Sysops
       who have their own Merchant account.  CatCharge will create a
       report of the transaction.  It supports NON Dragon Customers who
       have their own Merchant Status or own billing.

v1.5   A user reported that the Checks/Savings option wouldn't activate.
       I traced this to the Country Field entry in the User's Database.
       Fixed.

v1.4   Minor Changes.  I cleaned up a few Prompts to make it more clear
       for the user when entering Check information.  I also added some
       additional Checking on certain fields.

v1.3   MINOR change!  CatChg.CFG has NEW added feature.  SETNDEL=ON or OFF
       will (If ON) set the USER's Never Delete Flag in Wildcat IF the
       CatCharge! program upgrades their Security Profile. Setting it to
       OFF will make no change to the Never Delete flag.  I also added an
       additional line when User Tags item to direct them back to the Main
       menu to Order the Marked items.   ThankYou.BBS was changed a bit.


v1.2   Fix a Bug related to the EXPIRATION DATE. If EXPIRATION DATE was left
       blank in the WILDCAT user Record, Catcharge would not update the date
       correctly.  NOW, CatCharge! will use the Current Date if the EXP Date
       was left blank.  FIXED.    A couple of users wanted the ability to
       exclude certain security profiles from using CatCharge's Categories.
       Now, CatCharge will look for ITEMx.EXC for Each category and will not
       allow the user to enter a Category if they are listed in ITEMx.EXC
       (Substitute the x for the Category number!!!)

       Ex: ITEM1.EXC would be a listing of Profiles Excluded from Category 1.
           ITEM10.EXC would be a listing of Profiles Excluded from Category 10.

       The ITEMx.EXC must be located in the Same directory as CatCharge. See
       the Documentation for more information.

v1.1   Released to Public Jan 1995.  Enhanced Main Menu a bit with some Color

v1.0   Initial Release.  Was tested for 3 Months prior to Release to Public.
       It is a full featured Door for Wildcat! Sysops running v4 using
       Dragon Business Services.  I added TABS support for People who use
       TABS.  It seems that most of the Online Ordering Doors have Tabs
       Support, And some users requested it.
