THE SHAREWARE CONCEPT

  Shareware is licensed commercial software which the authors make available
  on a try-before-you-buy basis.  Users may evaluate a Shareware product for a
  period usually between 30 and 90 days, by the end of which they must either
  pay for the product (known as Registration) or stop using it.

  Copying of Shareware, subject to the above conditions, is not only allowed,
  it is encouraged.  Pass copies on to interested friends and colleagues.
  Shareware authors rely on the integrity of users to abide by the conditions
  of the license, and register the product if they want to continue using it.
  Many, like ARK ANGLES, also give added benefits to users who register.


ABOUT THIS PRODUCT

  This program is Shareware, and may be freely copied and distributed subject
  to the terms described in the VENDOR.TXT file.  The program may be tried out
  for up to 60 days without charge, after which time users should register it
  or cease to use it.

  Note that Shareware does not mean Freeware or Public Domain.  This program
  is licensed software, and copying or using it without paying for it, except
  as provided above, is a breach of copyright.


WHY REGISTER?

  As stated, the license for this product entitles you to try it out for up to
  60 days.  Use of the unregistered product beyond that period is a breach of
  copyright and is against the law.  But apart from the legal obligation,
  there are many benefits to be gained from registering.  You will receive:

  *  The latest version of software with any new legislated pay rules
  *  Facility to enter any number of employees
  *  The full Operators Manual 
  *  EFT facility for bank transfers
  *  Notification of updates to tax, super, leave etc.


PRICING

  The registration fee is based on the number of employees that you employ.
  The registration prices are:

     1-10  employees   $150
    11-50  employees   $450
    51-100 employees   $700

  Annual support and maintenance is available for an additional fee:
  
     1-10  employees   $100
    11-50  employees   $150
    51-100 employees   $200

  All prices are subject to change without notice.


HOW TO REGISTER

  Nothing is simpler.  We accept cash (of course), cheques (but may wait for
  them to clear if they are large amounts), credit cards (Bankcard, Visa or
  Mastercard only) or Postal/Money Orders.

  There are four easy ways to register:

  1. PHONE:  Get your credit card ready, and the details of your equipment as
     listed in the ORDERFRM.TXT file.  Then call (047)588100 and leave your
     ordering information with the operator or answering machine.

  2. FAX:  If you have a fax card on your computer, then simply edit the file
     ORDERFRM.TXT with all the necessary information, otherwise print it and
     fill it in manually.  Make sure all your credit card info is there,
     then fax it to (047)588638.

  3. POST:  Print ORDERFRM.TXT and fill it in.  If its a credit card order,
     or the order includes more than one product, post to ARK ANGLES at
     P O Box 190, Hazelbrook NSW 2779.  Otherise include a cheque or money
     order, and post the lot to PC ANSWERS (AUSTRAPAY Orders), P O Box 273,
     Paddington NSW 2021.

  4. COMPUSERVE:  Insert ORDERFRM.TXT into a note, fill it in with your credit
     card information, and send it to CompuServe Id 100237,141.
