COMt 1.05beta README

	This is the beta kit for COMt 1.05.  To install, simply
extract COMMT.DRV from this archive, shutdown Windows, copy
the COMMT.DRV file to c:\windows\system, and restart Windows.
This assumes that you have already installed a previous version
of COMt on your machine.

	This beta includes the following fixes over COMt 1.04:

	- Slightly tuned TELNET negotiation, which fixes a problem
	  when the TELNET server starts the negotiation before
	  COMt.
