KNOWN BUG : NONE ( I fully tested them in diff. sys platform. ) =========================================================================== Hsplit (tm) and Hcombine (tm) are 2 small programs which can make life easier in many ways. 1) Hsplit separates a big binary archive (file) to smaller sections defined by the user. Then the smaller sections can be backup into separate disks and later combine them with Hcombine to it original. 2) Hsplit & Hcombine support any kinds of file ( TEXT AND BINARY Format ). 3) Hsplit can uuencode a file then split ( which is useful for posting to NNTP). Hcombine can then AUTOMATICALLY combine the uuencoded sections and finally decode the resulting file. Note: For more information just type after the shell prompt : "hsplit -h" "hcombine -h" to get ONLINE HELP.
