MBTA is a DOS program. Copy all files to an empty subdectory.
Run MBTASET to setup for the mouse and color. MBTA.EXE is the main program.
New:   1. the manual can be read from within the program.
       2. the database now resides in the same program, of of the
          main (ALT-M) menu.
       3. A file management bug is fixed, so the database can be changed
          if the file is installed off of Windows.
VERY IMPORTANT: THE FILE "Database.drv" MUST BE PRESENT TO OPERATE THE
DATABASE. YOU MAY TEMORARILY DELETE IT SO THE USER CANNOT CHANGE THE
ROUTES. THE FILE CAN BE A SHORT TEXT FILE WITH ANY TEXT AT ALL IN IT.
