This copy of Cribbage Pro (CP) is being offered and distributed
as a Shareware product.  Shareware is an innovative marketing
idea that allows you to try computer software before you buy.
This gives you the opportunity to evaluate software and decide
for yourself if it's worthy of purchasing a license for continued
use.

This copy is licensed only for evaluation purposes.  You may try
CP for a 30-day trial period to determine its merit.  If after
this period you decide to keep CP, then payment of a registration
fee is required for continued use.  Payment of this fee provides
the registrant the following:

   o  License for unrestricted use on a single computer

   o  Latest version of Cribbage Pro on Disk (licensed copy)

   o  6 months free technical support

   o  Lifetime nominal upgrade disk fee - any future upgrade
      of CP obtained from CW Software is only $6.00

To print the Cribbage Pro registration form at this time, please
do one of the following:

   a)  If you are viewing this text from Windows NotePad:  
       1)  Click File/Open from the upper menu bar
       2)  Select and view the file - REG-FORM.TXT
       3)  Click File/Print from the upper menu bar

   b)  If you are viewing this text from DOS:
       1)  Log onto the directory location containing the file
           REG-FORM.TXT (should be in the same directory as this
           file)
       2)  Be sure your printer is on.  Now type the following
           command at your DOS prompt and press <Enter>:

           COPY REG-FORM.TXT PRN

   c)  You may also use your favorite text file editor to view
       and print REG-FORM.TXT.
