changes/fixes in point:

beta.7
  recompiled using the updated DDPlus v7.0 door driver.
  added status bar menu         press [F1]
  added chat window                   [F2]
  increment and decrement user time   [F7] & [F8] (+/- 5 min)
  force user back to BBS              [F10]
  added "pausecode" to P13SETUP, enter the code your BBS uses to keep ANSI
    screens from pausing while drawing. This is for export bulletins.

beta.6
  fixed where a user could exit after making up all days, then return and
    play more make-up days.
  fixed where it drew the frames around the cards twice after winning a hand.
  changed "# free" to "# wins" in scores bulletins.
  fixed where you could increment score by 5000 after winning last game of
    the MAXIMUM games by hitting [C]ontinue after the "no more games" display.
  fixed where it wouldn't allow non-tourny mode. (oops)

beta.5
  completely rewrote the config editor, now handles all configurations!
  no more manual set-up except the batch file that runs it.
  renamed config editor to P13SETUP.EXE.
  combined PYRAMID.CFG and PYRAMID.CTL into P13TT.CFG... created by P13SETUP.
  added the ability to choose black as the colors, try it!

beta.4
  moved treasures box up to corner.
  changed stats colors to a more pleasing sort.
  changed [H]elp from play screen to display PYRAMID.HLP file.
  fixed [R]edraw to redisplay correct stock and talon card.

beta.3
  fixed where it didn't update all-time-champ and last months champ at reset.
  fixed where "assigning hands for month" overwrote "initializing new month".
  fixed where it didn't show day 28 daily champ in Feb.

beta.2
  changed to only display number of days in month on view daily champs.
