 .ZIP file (the last 3 numbers), reflects the number of listings in this
 data file. To use it, just move it (or copy it) to your current Offline
 BBS Lister directory, OVERWRITING your current BBSLIST.DAT file.

    If the number on the OBBSLXXX.ZIP file that you obtained with your
 Offline BBS Lister (where XXX is the number), is higher than the number on
 this OBDATXXX.ZIP file, then you do not need this data file, as you have a
 more recent data file than this one.
