August 3 '94 v2.1: 
               Fixed minor bug displaying an extra line to users over 
               the modem. Thank you Greg Longfield for pointing this out.
               Fixed position of the date column.               

June 14 '95: v2.2
               Took out bottom line saying "SFNEWU".
               Added BBS's Name to Bulletin.
               *If you have ANY ideas for SFNEWU, don't hesitate to send mw
                a message over SFNet. The reason a new version hasn't been
                made for so long is that we ran out of ideas for SFNEWU.

June 18 '95: v2.3
               Fixed a minor display bug that none of my beta testers 
               reported. I'm sorry if it caused any problems.
