smiley12.zip - converts *.tic descriptions (one line) to sffiles.bbs 
        description adds smiley's to description lines

This file was put together by Marcus Fontenot at the Liberal's Nightmare BBS
at 1:382/1207.  If you have any questions about the batch files, please 
refer to the documentation for each program.  I have included a text file
in this package that will assist you with the setup of the filebone, but my 
batch files and config files will have to modified to work with your system.
