HELP

The following commands are available:

TYPE /page,[node number] to alert a user outside talk that want to chat.
TYPE /[node number] to send privately to a user within talk mode.

TYPE /help,[command] for info on each command.

Actions enabled.  Also, /act [action] to act instead of speak.

ALARM
Usage:  /alarm,5  Result:  Set relative alarm to 5 minutes.

BELLS
Toggles bells mode on/off.

BLOCK
Usage:  /bl,#  Result:  Blocks all sends from port#.

BRIEF
Toggles brief mode on/off.
.
BSTATUS
Brief node status report.
.
BYE
Exit talk.
.
COOL
Toggles "cool" mode on/off.  In "uncool" mode you receive a
line by line ? prompt instead of continuuous text display.

DATE
Displays the current date.
.
ECHO
Toggles echo mode on/off.
.
END
Exit talk.

EXCLUDE
Usage:  /ex,#   Result:  Excludes port #.

FLASH
Sends a private message to the node of your choice.
Ex:  /flash,#   (Can be abbreviated /fl,# or just /#)
Ex:  /fl,*   Result:  Sends a flash to all nodes.

GROUP
Usage:  /gr,1,2,3.  Result:  Groups you with ports 1,2 & 3.

INCLUDE
Reverses the /exclude command.

INFO
Display your settings.
.
LABEL
Selects the label for text from nodes.
Usage 1: /label,*,#   Result: displays name followed by node number.
Usage 2: /label,#,*   Result: displays node number followed by name.
Usage 3: /label,#     Result: displays node number only.

LOGIN
Change your handle (for this talk session only.)

LOWER
Will capitalize the first letter of every sentence and the first
letter only, whether you type in all caps or all lower case.

MARGIN
Usage:  Margin,50.  Changes your margin to 50.  Default is 80.

NEWS
Displays sysop defined news message.

NOACTION
Disable actions.
.
NOFLASH
Usage:  /nofl,3  Result:  Port 3 can not send to you privately.

NORMAL
Reset send, receive and flash flags to default settings.
.
NOSEND
Usage:  /nosend,3  You will not be seen by node 3.

NOTICE
Usage 1: /notice Spam is good for you!  Result:  Leaves a notice
         saying "Spam is good for you."
Usage 2: /notice,2   Result:  Retrieves notice left by node 2.
Usage 3: /notice     Result:  Clears notice.

PAGE
Usage 1: /page,1 Come chat with me!
Result:  Sends text to user on node 1 that you want to chat, if they're
         available, saying, "Come chat with me!"

PREFIX
Usage 1: /prefix     Result:  Prefix commands set to / (Default)
Usage 2: /prefix,.   Result:  Prefix commands set to .

PURGE
Moo!

TIME
Displays the current time.

SAVE
Saves your settings for your next session.

STATUS
Displays status of other nodes.  Last action.  Number of actions.

VERSION
Displays the current talk version.

WHO
Who's in talk.

WRAP
Toggles word wrap on/off.

SEND
Usage:  /send,[port#]  Result:  Send only to port [#]
