     3.05a Added ability to make messages private or public.

     3.04a Fixed minor bug - Messages were not being written to the correct
           conferences.

     3.03 - 3.04 More cleaning & new InterNet address.

     3.02 Cleaned up more ANSI screens and fixed minor bug in HOM module
          that would not display number to user after level 14.

     3.02 Oopps!! Cleaned it up and added registration requirement
